Acting as Head of Consultancy, as well as being the founder and CEO of LogJec Recruitment, Liz lives and breathes all things business development. Working with clients to discover the best outcomes for their business, you can often find Liz taking care of all the training, client meetings and process management.
Headstrong and determined, you’ll find that Liz has a knack for building strong client and candidate relationships. Her ability to problem-solve and get the best from people lends well to her job. A lover of food, travel and spending time with her husband, three children, two dogs and cat!
Acting as an iTrent Specialist Consultant, Rachael knows what makes a good iTrent candidate. People love Rachael’s natural friendliness and ability to listen and quickly build a rapport. This helps her get the most from her candidates and support them throughout their iTrent career. Rachael also manages our social media campaigns.
While being a touch of a control freak (maybe a little more than a touch) Rachael loves nothing more than quality time with her husband, two-year-old daughter and crazy Jack Russell.
As Senior iTrent Specialist, Nathan is an expert in the iTrent market. Our clients and candidates love Nathan’s empathetic yet direct nature, as well as his ability to build relationships and find synergy within each role.
Determined and focused, Nathan likes to get a holistic view of circumstances to offer a true consultancy.
In his downtime, you’ll often find Nathan attempting to renovate his house (at this point his DIY more closely resembles ‘Destroy It’, rather than ‘Do It Yourself’) or finding a quiet corner to get lost in a book.
